Once Upon a Sketch Challenge

Hi everyone,

I made a layout for this month Once Upon a Sketch Challenge. The journaling theme of this month is 'anything goes'. This is the sketch:

I used my inktense pencils and gelatos for the first time. The bright colors are gorgeous! I used the pencils on the background. The gelatos are used on the wood veneer pieces, the butterfly and the clothspin. All the flowers you see are Wild Orchid Crafts Flowers.

I chose the word 'smile' because I'm smiling on the picture. Last summer I went on a trip to France. On the picture I'm at a castle which had a beautiful garden that made me smile the whole day.

Hello everyone,

I altered a canvas yesterday. I draw a flower en made texture with modeling paste. Then I colored the background and the flower with Pan Pastels.

These are the colors I used:

560.5 Pthalo blue
560.8 Pthalo blue tint
470.8 Violet tint
380.5 Red iron oxide
380.8 Red iron oxide tint
740.3 Burnt sienna shade
640.5 Permanent green
640.8 Permanent green tint

Tilda album

Hi everyone,

I made an A4 size album with 'the corner shop' collection from Tilda. I used a lot of paper doilies, Sizzix dies and embossing folders, Wild Orchid Crafts Flowers and distress ink.
